A day at the beach with a three-year-old

Burying our feet.

Making handprints and footprints in the sand.

Building  sand castles topped with sticks and stones.

Riding to the car on grandpa’s shoulders.

Waving goodbye to our shadows.

Singing “Twinkle, twinkle little star”  all the way home.
