Thanks LN. funny thing about those cool old bridges – when you’re driving over them they just look like ordinary roads. You could completely miss that you’re driving over a cool old bridge unless you stop and walk down next to it.
The land of the ‘Little People’ and big hearts. I spent seven-and-a-half years in that lovely country when my late husband was a medical student. It was a magical time of my life.
Beautiful. It even LOOKS Irish. Not only is the pattern of the bridge lovely, but the patterns of the reflections in the water blend in exquisitely.
Why thank you for noticing that Sandra. I can always count on you for a thoughtful examination of each post!
This is beautuful.

You should go. Stay away from the tours, rent and car and just explore. But why am I giving you advice – you’re the savvy world traveler!
Lovely!
Thanks Bella. I can’t compete with your photos, but I keep trying.

Sounds like a wonderful experience. We only visited Ireland for a short time, but found all the people delightful.
