What’s even worse is that this is the third one that we’ve lost. Darn racoons jump in to get a drink, and when they jump out, tip the whole thing over.
We have urban racoons, woodchucks and possums. They drink coffee from Starbucks and drive Subarus.
At the first pic, I thought…it’s a tower, so what’s broken. Then I saw the second pic and realized what it was. It was almost like a little mystery story, very sweet.

Thanks Sandra. This is my third bird bath – the first two having met a smiliar fate.
Dang those racoons!
They’re pesky, and no way to get rid of them as far as I know. Urban racoons!
Our birdbath broke as well……. uh oh….that’s not listed in some prophecy about the impending end of days is it? 🙂
It is – right inbetween the plagues and the rivers turning to blood, but before the four horsemen arrive.
Donna, to your last reply….you have some pretty sophisticated wildlife 🙂
