Exercise. Lose weight. Lower cholesterol. Stop smoking. Organize your house. Stop being late. But wait, there’s more. What is it about a new year that propels us towards self-improvement? Even if we’ve failed at these very things before, we keep trying. Some of us have had the same new year’s resolutions year after year after year. Hope springs eternal which is part of being human. Whatever your new year’s resolutions are, may you have success. And if you don’t, keep trying. There’s always next year!
